Terms and Conditions of Auction: Cash or certified funds. Checks
accepted only from our established buyers or from new buyers with bank
letter of guarantee specifically addressed to us up to a specific amount
for this auction. If you wish to establish check privileges with us
please call our office in advance. Major credit cards accepted. 15%
Buyers Premium added to all purchases with a 5% discount for cash or
certified funds. Sales tax charged to all purchasers who do not have
certificate of resale on file with us. All items to sell as is where is
without any guarantee or warranty. We will not take any items back after
they are sold. All purchases must be paid for on day of auction.
Very Important: Please come prepared to take your purchases on day of
auction no later than 3PM on Friday, August 27. We will be bringing a
tractor trailer load in on Friday, August 27 for the next office supply
auction on Thursday, September 2 @ 9AM. Plan to attend that auction too!
Refreshments will be available from outside vendor. Announcements on day
of sale take precedence over all other advertising.
