American Auction Associates, Inc. of charlotte and Classic Auctions
are proud to be commissioned to offer at public auction the
furniture and household items that Mr. and Mrs. Michael Evans did
not take with them when they moved from this beautiful 3400 square
foot home to a much smaller home in downtown Charlotte. We will have
Ultra Modern Dining Room Furniture including table, six chairs,
server and buffet, Unique Glass Top Kitchen Table and 7 Iron Chairs,
Great Room Furniture including sofa and side chairs, Master Bedroom
Furniture, two other suites of Bedroom Furniture including a
marvelous Wicker Suite, Mini Pool Table, Bedding. Linens, Towels,
Pictures, Lamps, China, Glassware, Pillows, Decorative Accessories,
Books, Whirlpool, Washer and Whirlpool Gas Dryer, Three Large Rugs,
TV Sets, Patio Furniture, Large Gas Grill, Garden Tools, Hand Tools
and much more. We expect that other items will be added prior to
auction date. You never know!

Printed Terms & Conditions of All Auctions are available from our cashier or
by mail. All items are offered as is where is without guarantee or warranty
of any kind. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. You must
settle for your purchases before you start to load your purchases. Auction
personnel will not be allowed to leave the auction to help you load. We will
not accept checks from buyers not known to us without a current bank of
letter of credit specifically addressed to us for this auction and
guaranteeing a specified amount for this auction. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
We will accept major credit cards.
Special Note: NO PURCHASES MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE HOME WITHOUT A PAID
RECEIPT. All buyers not previously registered with our company will be
required to place right thumb print on registration card.
VERY IMPORTANT! If you have never been to one of our auctions or if you have
not established check priviledges with us, we want you to know that we can
not take your check unless you have a BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE specifically
addressed to us from your bank guaranteeing a specific amount for a
particular auction day.
